I'm a 47 year old father of two who has decided that being overweight and out of shape is not okay. I Met with Erin this week and within one hour I had learned a lot more and had more self-confidence added in that I was heading in the right direction in just our first visit
Also gave me confidence to be able to use equipment that in the past I was shy of using.
And gave me some really helpful tips on exercises to do and the proper form to do it wisely.
I would highly recommend her to anyone whether you're starting out on your Fitness Journey or have been on it for sometime I believe Erin will have something for you that will give you confidence and knowledge to properly pursue those goals.
