Erin Sturm is a former Paramedic and mom-of-six who used to struggle with body image problems. With the lack of true identity in the world, the responsibility of looking after six children and a difficult employment situation, Erin never thought that obtaining a dream physique would be possible in her lifetime.
Fortunately, that all changed.
By balancing her responsibilities and taking care of herself, Erin realized that a confident mother would make for a better family. By being healthier, fitter and more mentally prepared for challenging tasks, Erin decided that it was time that she stopped making excuses and finally planned to reach her fitness goals.
Despite her hardships, Erin knew that motivation would be one of the keys to her success. However, it would take a lot more than just a dedicated mindset to help her overcome her body image issues and finally build the physique that she hoped for. Despite having six children, undergoing two c-sections and working long hours as a caregiver, she still found ways to commit to her training and achieve her ideal physique.
Erin’s vision is to promote healthy fitness practices to anyone that is willing to listen and has the motivation to make a change in their life. Regardless of what diet and fitness practices you’ve tried in the past, Erin is capable of delivering real results through a holistic approach to fitness.
Instead of taking on hundreds of clients and offering them similar advice to each of them, she personalizes her method to provide valuable advice to those who are ready to change the way they approach fitness. Erin’s clients become a part of her daily life where the goal of success is shared.

She unlocks that motivation by learning about her clients intimately through her coaching, and she utilizes that motivation to help them build their dream physique no matter what their personal circumstances are.
